This animated video illustrates how and why carbon atoms begin carbon cycles. Featuring fun-filled examples to which students can easily relate, the program takes viewers to Club Chlorophyll and lets them follow atoms throughout their carbon journeys. Students will learn about glucose, starch, cellulose, coal, oil, limestone, and photosynthesis. After viewing the program, students will understand the importance of the carbon cycle and will be able to define and explain related terms.
